Roofing in Avondale Estates and Nearby Towns

Avondale Estates, Scottdale, Decatur, Clarkston, Pine Lake, Tucker, Stone Mountain and beyond.

Roofing Avondale Estates works in Avondale Estates and the surrounding DeKalb County towns, including Scottdale, Decatur, Clarkston, Pine Lake, Tucker and Stone Mountain, as well as Druid Hills, North Druid Hills, Brookhaven and Chamblee. The homes here range from 1920s Tudor Revival houses with steep, intricate roofs to mid-century ranches and newer townhomes. Each type has its own weak spots, and we know what to look for.

Historic rooflines

Steep pitches, dormers and multiple gables need careful flashing. We give them the time they need.

Your quote reflects your roof's size, pitch and condition, nothing else.

How We Approach Different Homes

Our standard does not change by town. Every roof gets an honest inspection, photos, a fixed written price and an install done properly the first time.

What changes is what we expect to find. Historic homes in Avondale Estates and Druid Hills often have steep, complex roofs with lots of flashing and sometimes multiple old layers. Mid-century ranches in Tucker and North Druid Hills tend to have simpler roofs but older decking. Newer builds often need nothing more than storm damage put on record. We tailor the inspection to the house.
